MANY, LA – This one is for Doc.
The highest-paying race in the history of the Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series (STSS) Fueled By Sunoco ‘Cajun Region’ is shaping up at Sabine Speedway on Friday, May 20.
With the help of several sponsors and donors, the ‘Doc Dillard Memorial’ at the Many, La., oval has raised the purse for the ‘Cajun Region’ affair, doubling the winner’s share to a $2,000 prize and $300 to start the main event.
The feature event will also double in length, going from 20 laps to 40 laps, making it the longest and most lucrative race in the history of the STSS ‘Cajun Region.’
